We are the leaders in creating easy-to-handle, stable, long-lasting powder formulations from liquids - inorganic and organic chemistries.
Spray Drying and Drum Drying Services
For precision atomization to particles as small as 100 microns, we offer spray drying in capacities over 50,000 liquid pounds per day. We also offer drum drying as a simple, cost-effective option in capacities over 200,000 liquid pounds per day.
Between the two processes we can convert aqueous solutions, slurries, polymers, and more into fine powder. Both can also be scaled up from pilot to commercial production levels whenever you choose.
Integrated Liquid Production + Powder Conversion
We are able to produce the liquid formulation to be dried, in-house without out-sourcing. This includes custom formulations, especially the versatile polyacrylamides.
The reduced freight time and middlemen make our liquid production ideal for time-sensitive and/or confidential product launches.
