Valentine’s facilities include agitated, steam-heated, and water-cooled on-site reactors for large quantities of products. For example, since adding this capability in 2018, we’ve produced approximately 100 million pounds of products.
The reactors feature overhead condensers, internal cooling/heating coils, and vacuum capability.

We offer both drum drying and spray drying for slurries, spray drying in quantities up to 50,000 liquid pounds per day, and drum drying up to 200,000 liquid pounds per day. Drum drying is ideal for starch-based and synthetic polymers, while spray drying is recommended for thermally sensitive or fine particle polymers.
And we offer a full range of packaging options, including bags, drums, totes, and supersacks, with ample warehousing and climate-controlled storage space available.
